Linkage to other Vision For Food modules such as VisionTQM or VisionAQL creates a powerful tool for the overall automated management of quality assurance, food safety systems and incoming goods quality control programmes.

Automatically applies the control point critical limits set up in VisionTQM and can send alerts via SMS or email in advance of critical limit breach. VisionADC can instantly graph the cooking curve, chiller temperature, in-line weighscale results etc. Once recorded the data is available in Microsoft SQL Server for reporting.

For example:

  • Chiller Temperature is monitored and recorded continuously, the graph is instantly plotted (any device such as, Ovens, Scales, Metal Detectors, pH monitors etc,  or control system database could potentially be linked to VisionADC).
  • As measurements become available critical limits are applied automatically. Limits are multi-level and different alerts can be generated depending on the outcome.
  • In the example once the temperature has risen above acceptable levels, the appropriate corrective actions are displayed. Alerts are generated via SMS or email
