Operations Director: Alan Clarke Alan has worked within Information Technology for over 30 years, 20 of those at senior levels latterly (10 years) as Group I.T. Director of two major UK food manufacturers, Hygrade Foods & Oscar Mayer. For a significant period he was chair or vice-chair of the influential System 21 Food Manufacturers Special Interest Group and he remains very customer service focussed & sees the delivery of such as the key to the success of any venture. |

Customer Services Director Asia Pacific: Will O’Dwyer Will has been in the food and software industry for over 20 years with experience in food production management. Will has been responsible for developing and implementing ERP systems for food manufacturing businesses across Asia, the USA and Europe and the high quality delivery of services to Vision For Food customers remains his priority today. |

Director of Research: Dr Park Ng A microbiologist by training Park has over 15 years experience in food safety, training and laboratory work. Previously with the Dept Microbiology at the University of Hong Kong, Park has provided consultation to many regional food industries from the retail level to the manufacturer as well as Government. His specialty is food safety systems, regulatory compliance HACCP consultation, implementation and research since 1996. Park has external appointments from many organizations: Honorary Associate Professor at HKU, Adjunct Associate professor at HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education, Technical Advisor for the Hong Kong Food Council and Assessor for the Hong Kong Government’s Accreditation Service. His professional qualifications include Chartered Biologist with the Institute of Biology, Professional Membership of the Institute of Food Science & Technology and Royal Society for Public Health. |

Technical Manager: Mr Ed Nitek Ed is a senior manager with decades of experience in the food manufacturing arena. A BSc in Food Science, Ed has fulfilled virtually every role in the industry and his experience has been invaluable shaping the Vision For Food software to support the fundamental drivers of food processing companies. From Technical Manager, Plant Manager, General Manager, Production director, Technical & Logistics Director to Operations Director and Project Manager Ed has worked in these roles for some of the largest food producing businesses in the UK including Northern Foods, Pork Farms, Mayhew Chicken, Grampian Country Food and Bowyers Pork Pies. Ed has taken responsibility for P&L, Strategic Planning, Procurement, Sales and Staffing as well as the lead within the Production, Technical and Development departments. |

His remit is to manage the continuous improvement of Vision For Food solutions and to ensure the industry required flexibilities are engineered into software that is fit for purpose in the rigorous and demanding environment of food processing. |

Director of Sales & Marketing Asia Pacific: Mr CP Fung CP has a over 15 years of experience in the sales, delivery and support of IT solutions to the Food Industry throughout Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific region. CP's role is to introduce Vision For Food to new customers throughout the food manufacturing sector and to establish a network of distributor partnerships to ensure that the management of Asian food processors have access to the highest standards of IT solutions to promote food safety, quality assurance, production control and customer service. |

Chair: Mr David Jones David has joined the board as part of the recent inward investment project completed with Finance Wales PLC, a major institutional investor concerned with commercial funding for businesses in Wales. David has a deep knowledge of the investment arena and an extensive track record managing rapidly growing software companies. Since October 2006 David has served on the Cardiff and Vale Health Board, he is also a Non-Executive Director and Trustee of Young Enterprise Wales and works as a technology consultant to a small number of businesses in Wales. |
